  1. if you're talking open wheel then i'll be pulling for another

  2. Both.

  3. depends

  4. Well, I've never been "married" to any driver....I pull for the #43 team period. So since 1996 I have been a Labonte fan. Jeff Green, Christian Fittipaldi (ugh what a bad year), John Andretti, Bobby Hamilton, Wally Dallenbach, and Rick Wilson all had me as a fan at the time they drove the #43. So if Labonte retired/left for the truck series or Rolex or whatever I would not go with him...I would stay with the #43. Now if Richard Petty ever decides to leave Nascar for another series (Seriously doubt he ever would but if) I would follow him to whatever series he landed in as long as it wasn't open wheel. Great question!

  5. If his contract was up and he wanted to get out of the Cup Series, I would wish him well.

  6. Jeff Gordon said he'd like to run in Europe.. I'd have a hard time following unfortunately.

  7. I can't see NASCAR drivers moving to other series ful time but if my someone did I'd give that series a chance. If it turns out to be boring racing I'll stop watching it, but I'll always keep watching NASCAR regardless.

  8. I might pay more attention to the other series, but ultimately I'd have to find a new driver.

  9. i would follow him to a new serious and keep up what it going on with hi in life

  10. I'd have to fully root for my #2 or #3 faves in NASCAR, but I would still follow my favorite driver in any series that he drives in. All 4 wheel racing is exciting!

  11. If it was still a NASCAR series, yes.  But if it were F1 or LeMans, no!  It would be like my favorite is taking a big step down.

Other series drivers come to NASCAR for the challenge and the excitement.

  12. I would follow him to another series if it was a Nascar series but probably not F1 or some series like that. I would find another driver to follow in the Sprint Cup series.

  13. Well I already said I would follow my driver wherever he went but I would also keep watching Nascar and would pick a new fave for that series. So I guess it's both :)

  14. I would follow him in another series and have to get a new favorite driver in NASCAR.

    3 STR8 N 08!!!

  15. I'm an Ambrose and Montoya fan so I'm definitely hoping Ambrose gets a full Cup season. Montoya, i've followed him in F1 and am glad he chose NASCAR so he can "RACE" again. I just really hate his attitude. But i am glad racers from all over the world want to come to NASCAR for the right reasons.

  16. I would follow him to that series but I would also move my other fav drivers up and start cheering for them more!!

  17. i'd follow and i'd like a new series of something in addition to nascar.

  18. I'd do both. Kyle's hinted he might go to F1 at the age of 30, I'd follow him there. Then I'd get a new favorite nascar driver.

  19. I'd be shopping for new T-shirts and jackets. I try to watch some of the other series, but its just not the same.

  20. ...yes and no, i would still continue to see how he runs in that series but i didnt start watching Nascar because of one driver so if he left i would still watch that on sundays and on mondays check online to see where my driver who left, see how he did elsewhere

  21. I think I would always follow his career as long as he raced but I am not sure if I could be as faithful to any other racing sport as I am to NASCAR.

So I would watch him a bit in that series and find a new driver to root for.  Hmmm.....really starting to like Clint Bowyer & Martin Truex Jr. so maybe one of them.

  22. Find a new driver

  23. depends what series. nationwide series, yes, truck series yes, ARCA series, yes, dirt racing, yes off-road, yes, IndyCar, yes...american le mans...no, F1...no

  24. Defintely follow him. I support and follow my driver no matter what! But if he left the sprint series, i'd follow my other favs

  25. I find a new driver  Lets face it a NASCAR driver that's used to NASCAR rules most likely would not last long in another series.  Most likely drivers jumping to NASCAR will never be great in NASCAR since racing mentality is so different
