If your english why cheer on murray?

He is labeled as british which is correct but he is not english he is scottish. Wimboldon is a national event. Countries britain is not a country.

Also he is the smuggest t**t in tennis so why cheer him on?

I must admit was not cheering him on until 2 seconds ago - amazing tennis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As someone has already said, lots of Scots have supported Henman and the Canadian over the years. If you are so narrow-minded that you cannot support a player from one of the countries that make up Great Britain, that is YOUR problem, and maybe it's time you grew up.

Tennis recognises GB, not England, Scotland, Wales etc. And Scotland IS part of the island of Great Britain. Why not cheer a Scot? I am sure lots of Scots were behind Henman through the years.
