will the parking enforcement agent still issue me a parking ticket if I am parked illigal and where is he to put it, and will I win in court if I go to dispute the ticket under these facts,.,?

  1. They can do that.  Where they have to put the ticket depends on the laws of the city, township, county, or state agency that issued the ticket.  The general rule of thumb is the ticket has to be placed somewhere visible to the driver.  And if you try to dispute the ticket in court because the ticket is not visible I guarantee you that you'll lose.  The judge will only be concerned with one thing -- whether you were illegally parked or not.


  2. They're going to say you shouldn't have parked there, even before it snowed.
