well yeah you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and just click on your country

I usually go into yahoo respuestas (answers) Argentina, and obviously everything is translated, excpet for the questions....I mean, like this question you posted and the answers we're giving you won't appear on yahoo argentina, not even translated, they just dont appear at all....only the questions that were posted on yahoo argentina appear there.....I have even gone on yahoo answers canada and all the questions are local, so even tho its still english, the ones posted in the U.S. site arent posted on the canadian site...hope this answers your question
