Well, none.  Once you're able and willing to work again, you can try filing for unemployment, but only if the employer goes out of business BEFORE you stop working.

None.  If the company isn't there you wouldn't have access to COBRA for health insurance, but you should be automatically covered under HIPAA...that is if we're talking about health benefits.
