What if you grade point average is still very high. What is you have outstanding SAT and ACT scores, have a lot of leadership positions and have done alot of extra cirricular activities and a lot of community service? Do I have any chance?

  1. yea rite

  2. Hmm...if you have good connections and money, you can get in anywhere, regardless of your grades.  If not...make sure you get good recommendations and arrange an interview (if you're good at interviews); you still have a chance if you can wow some influential people.  It helps that your standardized test scores are good.

  3. No, they rarely even take people who get b's. and you need a very high SAT score. I know students with 4.0 gpas who didn't even get in. It's not only grades, its also extracurriculars, alumni relations, and what you specifically can bring to the campus.

  4. probably not, but i really don't know. just a guess.

  5. Nope.

  6. h**l no.

  7. "a few Cs and Ds" might hurt but Ivy League is a reach school for anyone, even students with perfect gpa, SAT score, whatever. so i'd say if you feel even a slight bit confident, then apply. you never know unless you try
