  2. I gather you have a petrol engine.

    What you may have to do is to fit a suppressor to your distributor

    The pig tail wire of the suppressor is connected to the terminal on the side of the distributor where the coil wire is connected and the suppressor is screwed to the side of the distributor where it is earthed out.

    If you have a diesel engine you may need to fit a suppressor to the alternator between the b+ and the alternator chassis.

  3. Michael P is right.  Also replace your spark plugs with resistor spark plugs.  They will have the same numbers and letters but with a "Z" added somewhere.

  4. You need to install a RFI noise filter on your main power wire. That should take care of your problem.

  5. maybe it's not properly grounded
