  1. Rest as much as you can - and consume protien.....

  2. same here. i had to have football tryouts yesterday and it literally killed me. i had to ride my bike to school which is  3 miles away and I had to go there and back 3 times. the first two times were just to pick something up from school and then the last one was for football practice and they ran us like crazy until everyone was about to throw up. then i had to ride my bike home which took about 30 minutes because i was really tired and then now all my muscles are sore. what i think you should do is just try to eat healthy foods to give you energy and then maybe it will help you recover a bit.

  3. take a bath in epson salt in between workouts it will sooth ur muscles nd take naps jus keep goin ur body will get use to the pain

  4. I'll assume these are mandatory training sessions? All i'd recommend is increasing your protein intake and if you have time, sleep in between the sessions and sleep as much as possible when you get back in (8 hours minimum). In time your body will grow used to the work load.

  5. take it easy
