  1. JUST GOTO THE FREINDLY DEPARTMENT OF WORKS AND PENSIONS AND ASK THEM ABOUT THERE POLICY ON DISABILITY, THEY ARE SO HELPFUL!

  2. I always write Basic ............ (French/Japanese etc). If you only speak you can always say Basic Oral.........etc

  3. I used this resume writing service in my area, this is the email address, (resume.help50@yahoo.com) you should try them, it only cost me $35.00 and I got a great job from this new resume, I never thought about the format that they use but the turn around time was less then 24 hrs.  I would have to say it was the best service I have ever used and it was worth every dime.  Also they let me pay through paypal.

  4. If you are not fluent in a language, I actually wouldn't put it on your CV at all.  You can use words like "basic" or "intermediate" but I would tend to leave it off.  It could appear that your skills are very, very basic (e.g. you could go to France and order dinner in French, but nothing further) and you've added it to take up space and make it look like you have more skills than you really do.  Let's put it this way - if you're not fluent enough in a language to use it in a workplace, then why is it relevant to the employer?

Now, with regard to the second part of your question ... you can't make a fast-food job sound relevant to product design.  It is impossible.  Have you just graduated from university with a degree related to product design?  If so, I would suggest that you list your education first and perhaps don't even include your fast-food experience.  If this isn't the case - i.e. you don't have an education at all - you don't have a shot at getting this job and I would suggest that you don't really need to apply.
