You'll be able to drink more without passing out or becoming obviously inebriated.  But it is possible to consume a lethal dose of alcohol when on stimulants, and die after you pass out or crash.  It can also stop your heart if you have undiagnosed heart disease.

99% of medicatin out there, you are going to be advised not to. When you drink and take your med, take it easy the first couple times. I have taken medication and drank and never had a problem.
