My friend had an emergency , spent 3 days in icu at utmb hospital in galveston. texas, no insurance they declared him indigent , he's out hospital doing good and wanting to pay his bill he's already paid one payment , the hospital does not want him to pay his bill , they want to be paid in full by the state, being he was found indigent , but he wants to pay his own bill ,as long as hes paying can they turn him over to the credit burrow.
