If your phone is tapped, what do you do? Complaining to the police is not an option, since the police don't help.

  1. How do you know that your phone is tapped?  Only the police with a court order are suppose to be able to tap your phone. If you suspect that your phone is tapped, especially, if you believe you know who has tapped, call your telephone company from another phone and have the phone company help you

  2. I will compain to my operator, if it dosn't work give police complaint that's wht i did once really the helped me a lot.

  3. We don't believe you and apparently NEITHER do the police!

Telco security  can help if in fact you are being truthful.

Doubt your phone is tapped, you wouldn't drawing this attention to yourself if you are that important.

  4. find out who is doing it  through a private investigator

  5. use your mobile.

  6. www.fcc.gov and file a complaint with the FCC

also, contact your state attorney general, the FBI and your telco security department.

the local cops are not equiped to handle wire tapping.

  7. you hire a private firm to scan and remove the taps.  I think it would be surprising that a competitor could tap your phones or monitor your activity though.

if hiring an outside firm who specializes in detection and removal isn't an option then have some workers fake authorizations ect. maybe even have someone talk with fake vendors about solidifying a spot that is over priced and dumb so they can swoop in and waste money on it.

  8. Go out and buy a throw away cell phone, give it to a friend and call it and discuss drug deals, give fake addresses for the meet, be sure to talk about large weapons.

Do you have any enemies?  Those would be good addresses to use.

Be sure you not only talk about the drug deals, but about the meth thats being made at the same addresses.

Sit back and watch the show.

Seriously though, what business and why do you think they have an interest in your calls?

If you think it could be used in court or something, acknowledge that when you get to court and tell the courts that you intentionally fed false info into it, that will get all of the recordings thrown out.

  9. Have the phone shut off and get a new one

  10. Be an honest citizen as usual.

  11. I would call my phone provider through another phone like my cell phone or my friend's phone and tell them that I'm being tapped. I'm sure they would help.

  12. the police TAPPED your line. they are the only ones who can except for FBI and such quit what ever your doing that caused the tap to go on. QUIT selling or what ever your doing. shutting off the line and getting another one will only stop it for a couple days. and if they find out you have a mobile YES that can be tapped to.
