If your planning to purchase a house, would you be able to get approve if your doing it by yourself?

Hi, My aunt is planning to buy a house. But the problem is, she doesnt have enough money to put as a down payment. And she is purchasing it alone. Is that possible or not? Is there any lender out there who will do this for her? How much will the interest rate be?

  1. Yes, they will loan her money.  With no down payment she will pay 8 percent interest for 30 years.  /


  2. yes but she has to get the seller to agree to a down payment assistance program such as Ameradreams, and FHA loan could possibly be done but she needs to hurry as these are going to go away in the future
