  1. You will need to consult an attorney who is familiar with military pensions and divorces.


  2. You are only entitled to half of their retirement in which you were married while they were on active duty.

    So if you were married for the last 5 years of their active duty service then you're entitled to half of that only which would be 2 1/2/ years. May not be much or worth the effort.

  3. No. Stop being a gold digger. He worked for most of his career with out you to earn that pension. You are only entitled to his pension after 10 years or more, and that's if a judge grants it to you.
