from my experience any time a spouse begins to change there behavior there is more to it than just wanting to change. i suggest you start to look for clues. G/L

Mid life crisis?  Brain damage?  Always been stupid?   WHY??!!!

If they are sane, rational, able to function in all respects, then I guess, I'd file for divorce.

Maybe, its a way of getting your attention. You wont know what people can do just to be loved n cared for. Maybe, you r neglecting your spouse. You should search deeper within yourself whether you have done your part as a husband.

It depends on what you define as stupid.  If you mean cheating on you, spending huge amounts of money, or lying a lot, then I would be considering either a seperation or divorce.  If he is doing dumb stuff like forgetting things, choosing a weird hobby, or wanting to dress in women's clothes, then I would either accept his stupid behavior or try to understand it and reach a compromise.  If it was something too weird, I would suggest counseling.

People now a days get married and divorced so quickly and they think well I guess if it doesn't work we will get a divorce that is not what marriage is about its about commitment and love and everything else the support everything people take as just a whatever thing....Its about loving one person for the rest of your life through thick and thin...I think you left a lot out to work with but I also think you should try your best to sit down and talk to your spouse about there behavior if you can't do that try to set up a video camera to show them how what they look like and how they behave I hope I helped a little and good luck! try your best to work it out divorce can be expensive (thats not the point) I really do think you should try your best to stick it out and work it out thats what marriage is about!!!!!

if they know what puses ur buttons & keeps pushing them. Thats a lack of respect & communication issues. try getting help first then resort to divorce.

Nah, i'd laugh at them, take the check book and credit cards away and continue to let them make a fool of themselves until they finally realize how stupid they are being.

Seems that person should be the one asking this question that is an insult in it's self. Arguing about the fact that you think the person is stupid. Man you need a reality check.
