if you are subscribed to teen vogue and youve gotten the previous issues, then for sure you will get the fashion rocks issue with the september issue. but if you just subscribed, and your subscription will start with their September issue, then you will get the fashion rocks magazine too. and yes, all major bookstores should have fashion rocks magazine. and i know that barnes and noble would have stacks of them. i heard they get them in stock on the 14th, tomorrow.
