I have not heard of a national championships for high school teams.  I asked some of my Texas connection for high school and they said that if there is a national championship, Texas does not participate.  A national championship would be hard to do for high schools.  Some have volleyball in the spring.  Some do not have high school volleyball.  College and club do have national championships.

No.  There is no official high school national championship.  There are National rankings, that determine the National Champion, but not an actual tournament.  The National Champion is determined by record, and who you have beaten by way of tournaments.  I know in the past, Las Vegas has held a tournament where high school teams from across the country have come and played and a couple years ago the winner of this tournament won there state championship and actually ended up ranked National Champion.
