  1. yes, you can go to jail at 8.

  2. Yes it is.

  3. Well, the building burns down regardless of how old you are. So yes, it is still a felony, and you will go to jail. They won't give you a fine because they know your parents will just pay it.

You probably won't go to jail, you'll just spend every weekend and all summer doing yard work, painting things, planting things, and other community service until you're old enough to get a real job.

Oh, and you'll have to put arson on every job application until you're 18, and people generally don't hire people who set things on fire.

  4. Felony is determined by damage and severity of a crime, it has no impact on age.

Yes it will still be considered a felony, but the punishment will vary on the judge.

  5. It's a felony at any age. Hope you aren't planning on being a Pharaoh when you grow up. Try setting something like that on fire, and see what happens.

Here in California we have lost 13 firemen in the past two weeks to the fires we have had here  Is that what you want to do \? Kill firemen or innocent people.

Please get some help, tell your parents your thought or your minister or a cop on the street just anyone who will help you.
