If your under 18, can you rent and ride a jet ski?

I was recently in wisconsin dells and since i'm 16 they said that i couldnt rent a jet ski and ride it without an 18 year old or older driving it. Do you know if that rule applies everywhere?

Yes it does. You have to be 18 in order to enter into a contract like a rental agreement.
