  1. He's done nothing but talk.....and talk.....and talk. Done nothing!

  2. i'm sorry who would you vote for Obama?

John McCain = Congressman 26 yrs military 22yrs

    Barack Obama= Congressman 143days military 0 days

he has so little experience, and isn't even man enough to face McCain in a debate, because he knows he'll lose

goodness gracious, did you fall on your head??

  3. We don't share the same views but we do share the same passion and desire to make this country the best it can be.

  4. Living through 8 years of George Bush is reason enough.

  5. Obama's platform is definitely better for the country. I also think he will be adept at working with members of both parties to move things forward.

  6. I don't want a baby factory for a vice president who isn't even responsible enough to teach her kids about birth control, not to mention Palin's not responsible enough to stop having kids even when she is too old and they come out with extra chromosomes.

  7. Basically to keep Palin out of the White House.

  8.   My major concerns at this time are the economy, health care reform, and finding greener energy sources.

I don't think McCain or Obama are financial wizards, but I do think the Democrats historically are more likely to follow a responsible fiscal policy and have a balanced budget. I do think we will be taxed less by McCain but this will be completely negated by the republican tendency to run a budget deficit leading to inflationary price increases and a weaker dollar, just like we have been seeing for about 8 years now..

I would give Obama the edge on health care reform. His plan includes more people. Neither plan includes socialized health care but Obama's is for universal health care. I could list probably 100 nations that have mandated universal health care by law and it's ridiculous that we do not have it.

I would like to see alternative energy used to mitigate the damage we are doing to our environment. Lowering the gas price is secondary to me. Fossil fuels will be exhausted in the next 50 - 100 years, so it's something we need to do anyway. Long story short, I trust Obama's commitment to alternative energy more than I do McCain's.

On secondary issues for me, I give McCain the edge on experience and national security, and Obama on foreign policy. I think they are equal on education, and I am probably forgetting something but nothing that would cause me not to vote Democrat.

  9. Im not a big fan of Mccain to begin with. He contradicts himself to much for example he criticizes obama for lack of experience but then picks a running mate who doesnt have too much herself either. At least Obama picked someone who makes up for the knowledge he lacks. Obama spends more time campaigning about issues we have and need to fix.. Mccain just bad mouths Obama the whole time.. Obviously Obama cares more and wants to fix things. Mccains just going to follow bush and mess this country up more!
