If your work in a dentist office, i need your help.?

I got impressions for invisalign almost 7 weeks ago. They said my actual sets would be in in 3-4 weeks. Why would there be any delays in getting them in for me?

they can take some time as they get sent away to the company to make make them and depending on where you live that can be quite a distance could be postage taking their time. just give them a call and ask them to find out how long they will be as i know invisalign is quite expensive it's the least they can do.

If they said 3-4 weeks but it has been 7, definitely give them a call.  I would worry that your impressions might have gotten lost while being shipped out to their lab.
