6d^2z/dx^2 - d^2z/dy^2 - 9 d^2z/dxdy =0

    dz/dx = 6x^2+8xy

    d^2z/dx^2 = 12x+8y

    ---------

    dz/dy = 4x^2+24y^2

    d^2z/dy^2 = 48y

    --------

    dz/dx = 6x^2+8xy

    d^2z/dxdy = 8x

    -----------

    6d^2z/dx^2 - d^2z/dy^2 - 9 d^2z/dxdy

    = 6(12x+8y) - (48y) - 9( 8x)

    = 72x + 48y -48y - 72x

    = 0
