Whoever says marcus camby doesnt know anything about basketball.

His defense is way overrated because all he does is block shots from the weak side. Hes a below average man to man defender.

Jordan was a great defencive player he was defencie all team like 10 times and he won defencive player of the year as a poing guard. But now it is kobe he is probable one of the most underrated player defencively mostly because most people only see him as a scoring machine;however, there are games where his actions defencively lead the lakers to victory. Another reason people dont recogonize him for this is because he doensn't play defense this way in all his games it is only when his scoring is off. But hey you can't expect him to be a great scorer and defenseive player all at once he is human.

Mr. Nibbles shall include his opinion for perimeter defenders and low post defenders.

Mr. Nibbles believes that the greatest perimeter defenders were Michael Jordan and Joe Dumars, Joe was the only one who could defend Michael Jordan consistantly and Jordan would shut down the player he guards just about every game.

Mr. Nibbles says that the two greatest post player defenders would be Bill Russel and Hakeem Olojuwon. They were both amazing defenders and put up great stats. Hakeem was the only player who could shut down Shaquille Oneal in his prime it seemed and Bill Russel shut down the greatest scorer of all time, Wilt Chamberlain.
