u can apply online for your partner. Ready all the proofs that u and your partner are living together in one roof.  Like bills under your name and under her name,pictures,mails or emails.

Im here in Australia now and im not married to my partner who is a filipino with a 457 visa. U need to get a letter of sponsorship from your employer. Here is the link to DIMIA.

Its very easy coz u dont need to go to Australian embassy to apply. U have to scans all the documents. Just follow the instructions online. Passport & birth certificate must be ready before applying online and all your documents.
