Iguanas Bar and Dance Lounge - NYC?

Hello New Yorkers!

Have any of you been to Iguana Bar and Dance Lounge? It's located at 240 West 54th Street (between B'way and 8th Avenues).

I was just wondering because I want to get some personal feed-back since I've never been here and was thinking of having a get-together here with some of my friends.

noisy at times, good music, good drinks.  The wait staff can be humerous at times.  The do a great Martini!  enjoy.

I was just there over the Memorial Day weekend with my family for dinner.  We love the food there.  It's really two places in one; a legitimate nouveau-Mexican restaurant upstairs and a club downstairs.  I have eaten there several times and the food is consistently great as is the waitstaff.

However I have never been there when the club was hopping although I have seen the space and it looks nice.
