You need to get to your consulate or embassy agent in the city you are in.

You will NOT be allowed to fly.

You will have better luck by bus and you will not have a problem.

Did she use her Passport to go? If so check with the carrier and there will be a record of her entry and they may , if its an American airline let you board.

Your embassy is still your best bet --That is precisely why they are there.

Assuming you are Canadian or American.

Most other Embassies are in Mexico City

There are "Farmacias Familiares" in Many Cities

They have a Doctor she can see for $20.00 Pesos. You can get a prescipcion

You cant be that distraught you have not responded to the people that are trying to help you.

She can travel back to the U.S. by LAND without a passport...so she will need to take a bus back to the U.S.   She must have trveled there by land too , since she has no passport.  You have not actually asked a question here...so I don't know what else you need to know.  You could email me or post aother QUESTION if you need more help.   If she really needs help, she could go to the nearest American consulate or consular  agency or the embassy.  See list of these below.
