i'd rather not get a job doing the papers, did that already for about a year and a half, already babysit and tried the whole dog walking thing.

Think of where you might LIKE to work...then go there and ask if you could volunteer...prove yourself and they might hire you when you are old enough. You are way too young to be allowed to work (legally) so you might as well do something that you enjoy.
