Iif u study/participate in military school/university in Europe and then come to america how will u get paid?

well someone i know is in a military school/universaty its a 5 year program like college. but the thing is he's coming to america legally and is worried about getting a job and getting paid. is it hard to get a job in the military in this situation or will he get the rank that he had in ukraine and what about income?

With his "green card" your friend would be allowed to obtain any job in the US, including joining any branch of the American military.

If your friend would want to either enlist in our military or obtain a civilian job with the military, he would have just as good a chance as a citizen whose family has been here for a hundred years.

No, he won't get the rank he was discharged with in the Ukraine.   If he isn't a citizen of the USA, he won't be able to join anyway.  Those are the rules.
