I was supposed to get it changed at 107,000, but I changed it around 110,000ish. Just this once though.

Was that a very bad move that will harm my engine, or ...no,etc?

  1. you should be ok use synthetic next oil change just in-case you forget again

  2. no ...once its ok bot not everytime........and if u put sinthetic oil then you can drive your car more than a normal engine oil would let you drive

  3. yeah espically because of how many miles r on it, i have an 04 civic and i change it every 3000 just to be sure

  4. you should be ok just dont keep doing it

  5. You will probably be ok this one time, But don't let it happen again.

What happens when you don't change your oil on time, It causes

sludge to build up in your motor, And can cause you performance

    problems down the road

  6. It's doubtful that you did any extensive damage. It could have, however.. Depends on what oil you were using. If you were using cheap Dino oil, 7.8K is a lot of miles.
