Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ijaz Butt has said that the differences between PCB and the Chief Selector Mohsin Hassan Khan have been resolved.

Butt said that he met with the Chief Selector today and discussed numerous things with him including the controversial matters. Although the Chairman PCB refused to go into the details of the matters, but claimed that all the problems with Mohsin have been solved.
Butt said, "Mohsin and I had a fruitful meeting today and we had a discussion on a number of matters. We also discussed some of the issues that were appearing in the media for the last couple of days. Without going into the details of the matters discussed, I am pleased to inform that there are currently no unresolved issues between the PCB and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohsin-Hasan-c77594 Khan."
Chairman PCB said that he and Khan agreed to make the selection process very clear and transparent. Butt also added that he has given the Chief Selector a free hand now and the Selection Committee headed by Khan is independent in making all the decisions.
"We have today discussed the importance of bringing in clarity in the role and functions of the National Selection Committee and I have advised Mohsin that the selection committee has the independence of taking selection decisions," Butt added.
