In the recent El Clasico Mourinho stated that the referee made a few mistakes and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Iker-Casillas-c16815 has revealed that even though there are decisions made against Madrid, they never cry about them.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 and Real Madrid faced each other in the Spanish La Liga and it was Los Blancos’ first chance in the season to bridge the gap between them and La Blaugrana.
The Catalan giants entered the ground with a six-match winning streak and Madrid weren’t really the favourites to come out as winners.
However, the fact that La Blaugrana were missing a few key players made the match more interesting as Madrid had a chance to cut down the difference to five points.
The match that took place at the Nou Camp saw the two teams going back into their locker rooms after 90mins, with the final score-line of 2-2.
As both the teams received a point each, it means that Barcelona are still eight points above the current Spanish La Liga champions, Real Madrid.
Usually in games where these two teams square off, there are many mistakes made by the referee and everyone complains about it.
However, this time round, the referee did most of his part correctly and there was less to complain about from both the sides.
The Portuguese mentor, Jose Mourinho, came out in the open and admitted that the referee made a few mistakes.
While speaking about the referee, the Portuguese mentor said that the match official got a few decisions wrong and they went against Real Madrid.
On the other hand, while speaking about the calls from the referees, the Real Madrid captain, Iker Casillas, stated that even though there are a few decisions which are taken against his side, they still do not cry about them.
While speaking about Real Madrid’s stance for the errors made by the referees, the Spaniard said:
“Perhaps we started in an inappropriate manner and I don’t want to get into other issues, although there have been times when we have felt things have gone against us. However, we don’t cry about it.”
Real Madrid are currently eight points behind their arch-rivals, Barcelona, and now it is time for an international break so club football be taking a little rest.
