The Spanish international is confident that his side can overcome their injury problems and achieve victory in their upcoming Liga BBVA fixture.
Real Madrid captain, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Iker-Casillas-c16815, reassured his teammates and fans that there is nothing to worry ahead of Los Blancos’ next La Liga game against Celta de Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Casillas made the statement following a number of injuries suffered by his teammates during the international break.
The discontinuity from domestic competition over the past weekend have caused a few problems for members of the Madrid squad.
A number of other clubs also have concerns regarding players suffering from injuries during the break, but for Jose Mourinho and his men these problems appear multiplied as their main defensive players have been sidelined.
Players such as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Marcelo-c23554 was already suffering from fitness issues and his absence means that the Whites will be
left with much fewer options for their upcoming match.
However, their skipper is convinced that the Spanish giants can work their way out of the current situation and pave their way to another win. All three points are absolutely crucial for Los Vikingos as they are still looking for redemption for their bad
start of the season.
While talking to reporters, Iker Casillas was quoted as saying:
"We have enough alternatives to plug the gaps left by the FIFA virus. There are players in our reserves who are very capable indeed. I am sure the boss will pick the best people for the game against Celta. The things I do, I do them right and if I don’t
know how to do them right, then I don’t do them”.
Real Madrid are set to take on Celta Vigo in their next Spanish La Liga fixture. After having dropped 8 points in the season already the Spanish champions will desperately looking for a win.
