Ikm having trouble getting on iTunes on my iPhone even when im in a WiFi area?

I know you have to be in a WiFi area to access iTunes and I was at Starbucks with WiFi and when I clicked on iTunes it said Cannot Connect. How can I access it?

The only things I can think of is the system was so busy there wasn't enough room to add you or the signal strength was poor and you couldn't lock on. My website might help you. You might want to consider an external antenna if this happens randomly and in weak signal areas to improve your service like I did.
