Illegal Cell Phone termination fees apply to all cell companys?

I only keep on reading about sprint, i have one fee for Tmobile and i was wondering if it applied to Tmobile too, and does anyone a website where they give more information about this? i want to know how far back theyre going to go on this i have that bill since 2007

it was for only Sprint customers in California I think ...and the amount of money they are talking about....Sprint is going to appeal

You do realize it was only Sprint for terminating contracts before the end date of the persons contract. T-Mobile's fee is a valid fee you signed the agreement or verbally agreed to it when you started service with T-Mobile. Also, that ruling is going to be overturned.
