  1. No because there is no punishment issued on you due to your age.  You will be allowed to petition to come back legally and make something out of yourself in this grand country.

    Best wishes.

  2. Yes it's a one way ticket home.

  3. yea,he's still illegal.duh!

  4. NO, if the illegal alien leaves U.S at age 18. The fact is as a minor (children have no say in where their parent take them). The U.S. govt wont hold it  against them if they return legally...

if the illegal alien never left US after turning 18 years old. The U.S. govt starts to play HARDBALL!!!

6 months to one year = 3 years barred from the U.S.

Anything over 1 year = 10 years barred from the U.S.

  5. If there Illegal they will.....It doesn't matter how old or how long someone is here illegally its still breaking the law. The needs doesn't justify the means.

  6. No,if the illegal goes back immediately when they turn 18 it wont be held against them when they want to return legally.

  7. If they stay out of trouble, no arrests etc. then its possible for them to leave and apply.  However, there are applications that can be made before they turn 18.  see an attorney.
