  1. It brings only negative to this country and needs to be stopped by any means necessary.

  2. It must be stopped.

    Step One: Prevention:

Funding and immediate implementation of securing the borders, increasing ICE and Border Patrol manpower, and to establish a fully-cooperative relationship with state and local law enforcement agencies, imposing withdrawal of federal aid to all sanctuary cities.

    Step Two: Change the laws.

Repeal anchor birthright laws, removing a huge incentive for people to enter illegally. Increase the crime of illegal entry into the US, overstaying visas, or permits to a felony, punishable by a minimum fine of $25,000 and imprisonment of a minimum of 36 months. Increase harboring/aiding illegal aliens to a felony punishable by $25,000 fine and/or imprisonment.

Simplify the forms for legal immigration applications, while maintaining standards for qualifications.

    Step Three: Employment issues.

Institute requirements for employers to recruit American employees first at wages standard to the area. Penalties for those who fail to comply. Harsh penalities for those who continue to hire any illegal alien.Require all employers to PROVE need for immigrant workers, whether permanent or temporary. An independent study should be done to determine need and immigration quotas decided upon completion. When temporary worker permits are granted, the employer must assure the worker leaves the US when the permit lapses or face severe penalties.

Step 4: Limited amnesty for illegal aliens currently here.

Set firm STANDARDS to grant status to illegals already here with a declaration that this will be the final time the US grants any form of forgiveness to illegal aliens. All penalties for harboring and aiding illegal aliens be increased and enforced and that the US will expect cooperation from other nations, not protests and demands for laxity. Failure to cooperate will result in economic sanctions or reductions in foreign aid.

    Standards:

a)A six months time limit for to report and apply for legal status. This is to prevent more from entering and applying.

Failure to report and apply with the time limit to result in automatic disqualification and deportation.

    b) A very thorough background check, and disqualification of criminal illegal aliens including criminal activity here or in home nations. That would include repeat offenders who returned after deportation as well as those convicted of violent crime, identity theft, drug-trafficking, gang-related activities and property crimes. It would also have to exclude drunken-drivers who have caused death of others while driving drunk.

No exceptions. A clearly defined list of crimes which disqualify and no leeway for a judge to be lenient.

    c) Applicants be required to report their work history in full to the government. This would help to determine back taxes they owe and identify employers of illegal aliens to prevent further such employment. Penalties on back taxes to be equal to those that would be imposed on citizens. Probationary status only until back taxes are paid.

    d) Require all currently illegal aliens applying for status to be fluent in English, or to agree to become fluent within 24 months. Failure to comply results in revocation of status.

    e) Require applicants for status to prove the ability to be financially stable and not require any welfare benefits, including food stamps, housing subsidies, etc. After 36 months, they would be entitled to services granted to legal immigrants when need is established. (Children's status to be based on the ability of the parents to meet this requirement.)

    f) Applicants for status be required to maintain health insurance for themselves and their dependents. Status also be contingent on a thorough health-screening prior to authorization of status.

    g) Submission of fingerprints and DNA sample to be added to data-bases.

Failure to meet standards results in denial of status and deportation. Following being granted status, failure to continue meet above standards result in revocation of status and deportation.

(In family situations, if parents without American born children {born prior to implementation of Step 2} fail to meet standards, their families will be deported with the parents. Families with an American born child that fail to meet requirements will be allowed to take child with them upon deportation or make arrangements to allow child to stay in US. They will have the choice and it will not be imposed upon them, unless proven leaving the child in their care poses a risk of abuse of the child by the parents.)

(Marriage to US citizen will not grant exceptions for non-compliance with above standards, although US spouse can assist with meeting the financial concerns. US Spouses will be exempt from "harboring/aiding" during the application process. )

Step Five: Limitations on status granted to current illegal aliens.

    a) No "chain" immigration. No preference given to members of their families not currently in the US. They should be given equal consideration of ot

  3. I think it is beautiful that I can visit the U.S. and not have to speak a word of English.  It is kinda neat!

    Cheers mates!

  4. ~ Overpopulation will be the plague of the 21st century ~

  5. the view is the same a law breaker is a law breaker no matter what. would you be so hip to have murderers turn loose from prisons or drug cartel members or robbers cause after all they are only looking for a better life and it is also at the expense of law abiding citizens. the worst mistake ever made in America was made by Regan when he granted amensty to 5 million illegals he should have mass deported them all the amount saved on the social program front would have made that cheaper than allowing amensty so my view is like 80 per cent of America deport them all

  6. It is United States of America. If you want to be a citizen get in line. Those that would disregard our laws by crawling under the fence will never deserve the title. Many illegals are here to to suckle the teet of the American tax dollar. Many have no intention of adapting to our culture and way of life. We will continue to have this problem if we don't halt the social programs, welfare, health-care, and underground jobs. Until we make these changes we will continue on our path over the edge. Cheap labor is great in the beginning but somebody always pays in the end.

  7. the very question answers itself - these people are breaking the law. maybe if we as a country stopeed pandering to them it might slow down. no more "press 1 for english..2 for spanish"...no more dual labels for anything. if Mexico is so bad...why dont they stay there and do the right thing by immproving their country? Am tired of the ignorance of most - they simply look the other way!!!

  8. Illegal aliens are violent and prone to crime.  We have plenty of criminal here without allowing Mexico to throw their criminals over the border.

There are 18 sections in this paper, and it is excellent.

They are the worlds most expensive workers.  The latest estimate from the Center for the Immigration Studies tells us that in JUST welfare, the illegal aliens are pulling some $480 billion dollars out of our system.  Congress is sitting on their thumbs.

What in the world is happening that makes Congress accept this abuse at the hands of the illegal aliens and against the Citizens?  Do the Democrats have plans we don't know about?

  9. Illegal is CRIMINAL.. plain and simple. They don't want better lives or they would come in legally. they are only here to get the FREE stuff that they do not pay for in taxes nor will they ever. They bankrupt the hospitals, overcrowd the schools and cause the property values to of housing and land to drastically drop whereever they live.  They will DELIBERATELY break the law and then laugh in our face while demanding better pay and  more rights (and understand ILLEGALS Have NO RIGHTS) all the while bitching because they hate our country and Americans. If the free stuff was stopped they would all of a sudden not want a "better life " here anymore

  10. I think there's too much illegal immigration in the USA.  We should adopt a policy of zero tolerance.

Illegal immigrants are taking jobs from American citizens and contribute more than their share to the high crime rate we currently have.  There's way too many here.

  11. Illegal immigrating in USA? is big...but most people that immigrate are just looking for a better future for there families...yeah there is the trouble ones, but come on is not like only illegal immigrants are the criminals out there, there are also some legal people that are committing crimes...also, just because they cross the border illegally I don't think that is a crime,  they called a crime because they don't like it and they don't know what else to call it...

I believe that the government should legalize the good people, those that have been working hard, paying taxes, helping the community and studying to become someone...just to get to the point where they can...because the government is not letting them...like many people say how come they don't go back to their country and enter USA legally, the government should make that option more accessible not everybody have the money to get a visa and passport....

  12. It is out of control.  It must be stopped.  The illegal aliens must be deported.

  13. It should not be allowed.  They come here because of the wage, and the corporations are out there looking to pay for the lowest form of wage they can find.  Some illegals send the money back to their home country to feed their families.  While some actually try to become american citizens and live the american dream.  But there are always a few bad apples that are quick to a criminal life. and it's these few bad apples that strike fear in all americans.  It causes americans to think that all mexicans are bad.

100 years ago my mom's family came here from mexico, they learned the language and became americans.  Now it seems that these new immigrants today don't want to learn english, nor do they want to give up their pride for their country, by hanging a mexican flag.  When will they realize that Mexico hates them, that is why they are so poor that they had to leave their country to make a good living.  If I was in their shoes I wouldn't want anything to do with Mexico.

I think it is time that we stop all immigration into this country until we can figure out what it is we want to do about immigration.  And don't give me that, "they will only do jobs that americans won't do" that is BS because americans did those jobs years ago.  Everyone starts off at the bottom, not everyone can go right into a good paying job.  My first job was at McDonald's at the age of 16, and through years of studying I am now a ER doctor in the greater Los Angeles Area.

  14. let them stay but if they are gang members and stuff like that then they should leave but if they arent doing anything bad just trying to make a better life for their families then they should stay.
