Illinois-Mandatory lunch law

Question

Does anyone has a link to a website that clearly states the policy that requires Illinois employers obligation to give lunch time to employees who work 8 hours per day??? A credible link please...something from an Illinois government site would be best. I have been looking all morning and cant find it. Thanks all
