I can't erase or add music to my Ilo mp3. I connect the USB and it does not detect my mp3 why is this, can you help me please.i own a 1GB mp3 with video model AS-M41 i put the cable in the right hole but it's not working
have a mp3 player with video lodle numbr as-m41 i have plugged it into the computer right and yet nothing happens have amv converter that it says in the instructions to use but that does not work
