Im 1 cm dilated and 90% effaced 37 weeks how much longer do i have?

the baby has dropped ive had 2 dr.s check my cervix (one time my dr. was stuck out of town) and they were both surprised how low the babys head was they could basically feel the head pretty well.

It's hard to tell. I"m 3cm dilated, 75% effaced at 37 weeks. And my doc told me I could walk around like that for 3 more weeks. He doubts I will since I have early births. But I would say walk if you want to help it along. It might put you in labor. Good luck.
