  1. The others are right: there isn't anything you can necessarily do to make the exhaustion go away.  However, you may want to consider giving up or sharing some of your responsibilities with your significant other.  If you are in charge of always doing dishes, vacuuming and doing laundry, this isn't going to make your situation any better.  Talk to him about your exhaustion and potentially taking turns with these chores; if you're lucky, maybe he will take them over altogether!

Also, you may want to take a short fifteen minute walk after dinner.  I know this sounds like the antithesis of helping you feel more rested, but if your body is exercised, the sleep you get will be more restful.

As far as looking for a job, find one that will not overextend you physically during your pregnancy, but take into account that this WILL pass.  And until it does, don't feel bad about those many naps or late mornings.  I am 35 weeks now but was bartending 40 hours per week at a busy restaurant at an upscale mall during the Christmas season when I was about 8 weeks and I thought I was going to DIE.  I refused to let pregnancy "compromise my work ethic" and ended up on bedrest at 21 weeks.

Avoid that route: just take it easy and put yourself first.  Time is limited on being able to do those things anyway, so you might as well.  Good luck.

  2. The only thing you can do is sleep. It will pass within the next 5 or 6 weeks.

  3. Sadly, all you can do is wait it out a couple more weeks.  And then, with any luck, you'll get more energy.  I'm in the same boat as you.  I'm constantly tired and starving all the time!  The only difference is, I'm only 7 1/2 weeks!  You'll be done soon!  Once the first trimester is over and your body is done building a placenta for your baby to live on for the next several months you'll feel better! :D

  4. you may need iron. go to your doctor and ask for a blood test. if not then its probably just the first trimester blues. you should perk up after the 12th week.

  5. are you taking vitamins regularly? and excersise is really important part of your energy level during pregnancy. if you get up in the morning and excercise it will fuel your energy throughout the day, but make sure you ask your doctor what kind of excersise is right for you when your pregnant because some can be unsafe.

  6. well thats what the first trimester brings on to you it will pass in a few weeks

  7. Sorry, that's the curse of the first trimester. It'll go away in a few weeks, don't worry.
