  1. Tackling

When you tackle step into the man and make sure you go below the knees especially if you are small, I am smaller than most people I tackle and I always try to GO BELOW the KNEES. but I must warn you sometimes it hurts.

    Passing

When you are a scrum half passing is everything. Make sure you can pass both ways. Try passing the ball in the air and passing it towards rugby posts but the most important thing. DO NOT let your passes float. Try make the ball in a straight line from the ground or your hands  to the hands of your fly half

    Running

When you run make sure you look for support. If no one is supporting   then you may just have to try gain as much ground as you can or you can step.

    Stepping

This is a valuable attribute a backline player can have. All you do if you want to go left is put all your weight on your left foot the push off it onto your right foot then push off you right so you can go left. If you want to go right just start by pushing off the right. This is the simplest step but they are many more that are harder to explain.

    Kicking

As a scrum half you will probably only have to box kick over a scrum or ruck or maul. to do this you will just have to kick the ball at one of the tips. to get more hold it closer to perpendicular to the ground, to get more distance hold it closer to horizontal to the ground.

If i have missed out anything please tell me. but hope this helps

  2. Move to the wing away from those big hairy forwards ! Good luck !

  3. I suggest you search the internet before you ask Y answers about tips with no focus. Tons of trolls here.

  4. A scrum half wont need much dodgy etc so I would agree that you move to the wing where you can really use your speed and footwork. At scrumhalf your team relies on you to be at every ruck and directing traffic. if you run often and get stopped they may get a little lost without their 'general' to direct them.

  5. scrum half's don't always have to be big mate some of the best in the world are only small but like you there fast a good scrum half plays with head and heart not just there body 'yes' there are times your gonna get some fat kid try take you out that's only because your 1 of the biggest threats to them cause they cant keep up with you. TACKLING: never attempt to tackle anybody half hearted you will come off worse, you have to put everything into it LOW and HARD let these players know your here to play and not make up numbers. PASSING: try to pass to the stomach and have one of your forwards running on to the ball the faster there running onto the ball the harder they will be to tackle plus they score from it makes you look good, remember a good pass isn't always a long pass its the play pattern that your playing most consist of short smooth passes, try to get your teammates focused on what your thinking and you'll have the game as good as in the bag, all the best mate remember your young, keep playing and soon maybe we'll be watching you on sky sports. let me know if ive helped at all.

  6. get the ball to the backs as fast as possible and watch out for guy coming around. pull the ball out with 1 hand then throw it quicly. as soon as you put to hands on the ball the opposing team can tackle the S**t out of you. that happend to out SH once it ****** him up soemthing gnarly. BE ALERT

  7. I would suggest you talk to your coach.
