  1. try 30 pounds in 6 months it will be much easier on your body

    and on you.

do what everyone else said but thats a little much i think

  2. drink 1 litre of mint tea every day

use natural mint leaves, it speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and is great for your skin

it leaves you feeling refreshed and cool and it tastes better than most teas

it is great for your teeth too

  3. Drink 48-64 oz of water each day.

  4. Don't try to lose 30 pounds in 3 months. That's too much, too quick bud. I know it's tough and you want to see results quickly but typically if you crash diet you will crash gain.

Try keeping a log of what you eat, especially snacks.

    Cut out fast food.

    Try to excercise.

You can do it!!!! But remember true friends will love you for who you are, not how much you weigh:)

    God Bless You!!!!!

  5. If i were you i'd skip eating everything for a month except for wheat bread, oatmeal, and yogurt. This is what my fit friend advised me, plus get lots of exercise jog everyday for an hour.

  6. just so you know it'd be easy for you to lose since you are overweight. you're body already burns a lot of calories. you might want to take it a bit slower though because losing so much so quickly can make your body inclined to go into "starvation mode" so you burn less calories than you should and a whole range of other body issues.

basically try and switch to eating as organic as possible. read food labels and ingredients make sure the stuff you are eating doesn't have a crazy amount of calories per serving. and if there are a lot of calories make sure they are not coming from stuff like fat and simple carbs (sugars). also you need to make sure the simple carbohydrates (the sugars) on your food label don't accoutn for more than 2/3 of teh total carbs. you want complex carbs like wholegrains.

biggest thing you can do is taking like 20 min or so to eat anything cause it takes your tummy almost 20min to realise it's full. also remember that your stomach is the size of your fist so you don't want to be eating portions bigger than that really (not to say starve yourself. you need to eat when you are hungry otherwise once again your body goes into starvation mode and you aren't burning calories, your body is instead doing things to use as little cals as possible)

hope that helps a bit. remember everything else like excercise and eating healthy. there is a lot on the internet if you just look around. my fav diet book would be skinny ***** if you wanted to read it.

  7. don't do what that other guy said (about only eating oatmeal, yogurt, and something else). you should get nutrition from all the necessary food groups! try not to eat junk food, but if you just have to, make sure to eat just a small portion. cut out the soda and sugary drinks.

walk, run, swim, play a sport, or do some other exercise that gets your heart beating faster. do some muscle exercises too. though muscle weighs a lot, it burns calories, so it helps.

oh yeah, and from my experience, it's really hard to lose 10 lbs. a month. i've never lost weight that fast. so if i were you, i would focus more on 5 lbs. a month. actually, i would settle on something lower than even that because i know i have to make realistic goals (i know through experience that i lose weight slowly), or i'll become too discouraged later on and mess up.

so take it slow and don't give up!

btw, i have never once tried to lose a certain amount of weight and succeeded. i am trying again. weight loss takes a lot of perseverance!
