  1. i suppose it's alright but then i haven't been running for a while

to join the Army (British this is) you have to run a mile and a half in 12 minutes

i used to do a lot of long distance stuff so maybe you should see how many miles you can keep what sort of pace you keep and how long you just naturally feel like running for

also your young i can swear it get harder as you get older

    HA HA

as for long distance runnin anything between 20 - 30 miles is a good distance don't worry about time just if the pace holds

If you make this sort of distance then your doing alright i

    Hope this Helps

also try looking up different marathons? there's the London marathon 24 miles/ time of about 2 Hrs 30 Mins but i heard about an endurance Marathon in south Africa which is up to 100 Miles - That's gotta hurt

  2. it's ok, you should try and look up running times on google

usually you should run it in under 2 minutes, talk to your track coach, see what he/she  says

  3. you are about 45 seconds behind where you should be. step it up!

  4. Thats not very good, sorry to tell you. You should look to get your time under 3 minutes. The average for a girl (which I'm assuming you are) is about 2:45-3:00

  5. kind of, but a really good 800 is under 3 minutes
