Im 13, my jaw pops A LOT, like its been doing it nonstop since yesterday when i ate my 1st real meal (braces)?

ive had braces....so i ***** eat thick stuff, i ate a sub, everybite i took *pop* *click* its never locked, but it did my 1st ortho apointment, i ***** open it and i started freaking out lol,then i closed it and slung it opn...it opened :)my ortho said poor thing, does it happen a lot?" i said allthe time, all she said is dont chew gum ... :|

i stopped chewing gum 3 months ago it doesnt help, and this morning i got up and yawned, it locked,how do i stop it?

the same thing happened to me for a few months.

it's really annoying, but will eventually go away.
