  2. This is what makes your story not believable : "than he look like he was gonna punsh me. i was like come one try it mean while like 30 kids were around us than you just pick up his radio and called the dean". and "there not big enoff to say that he did."

You were goading him on in front of other students, showing bravado. Just from this little story and the way that you state "they're not big enough to do this or that" shows that you seem to have a chip on your shoulder about proving how much of a big man you are. Stop picking fights at school, and channel your energy into a sport.

  3. I think you got caught up in the moment. All those other kids around you were probably pushing for a fight and you went along with it. You admit what you did so I think the best thing you can do is accept your punishment and than move on from it. If you think the school is really against you you need to talk to your parents about how they feel. Learn from your mistake and move on.

  4. You should discuss it with your parents to see if the 3 of you could go in and talk to the principal and say that he did infact push you and you thought you were being threatened so you pushed him back and then he almost punched you. Tell the truth admit you did something wrong, but he did something wrong also. who knows maybe the principal will believe you. Or go to someone else in athority and tell them what happened, and see if they believe you.

  5. Keep your hands to yourself and study. Your spelling is at a 3rd grade level at best.

  6. Here is what happens all the time, my dear. If I have seen it once, I have seen it 100 times. It is the person who hits second who is the one who gets in trouble. Because of this, you were possibly treated unfairly, but the moment you chose to stop following adult directions, was the actual moment that got you in trouble.

I know very much how you feel. It is hard to be treated unfairly and usually as a student you are not listened to as much as an adult or older student. It makes you very sad and angry and then you want to stop following directions. Try to tell your self to calm down and do what they say. Later you can get your point across, but not in the heat of the moment.

Your life is going to be full of unfair treatment. Right now, because of the defiance to the adults involved, you don't have a leg to stand on. You have lost your credibility (creds). You probably are going to have to let this one ride, but due better in the future. Even if you have been in a fight, try to follow directions and be as respectful to adults as you can. A bunch of "Yes Sir" will not hurt you at this point!

Later, you can collect some reliable witnesses and present your case to the dean. Remember, the calmer you can stay, the better chance you will have to be treated fairly.

Please get your parents involved with this if possible!

If you have an IEP, they cannot suspend you for more than 10 days.

  7. Yep, this is typical of schools!  I would write a letter explaining everything that happened to each member of the school board. Find out who they are on your schools web site.

And write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper so it can be put in it.

Tell your parents to ask the principal for a copy of ALL papers that tell about what happened. If they don't have any, file complaints with the state dept of education.

If they don't have any, this means they are covering their butts.

If they DO have the papers, you will be surprised at the LIES that will be in it.

They are suppose to have documents (reports) that state everything that happened, the suspension reports, and also have a copy of these in your permanent educational records.

Tell your parents to also get a copy of ALL your permanent educational files to see if these papers are in it.

You did not do anything wrong, you were only protecting yourself.
