Im 13. This year i'm plannin on doin xc, track, and i train in the winter. do u think i can drop my mile time?

i have a 5:45 mile and i want to drop to at least 5:05 by next may. Do you think it is possible.

  1. It is definitely possible for you to drop your time.  40 seconds is a lot, especially after the 6 minute mark, but with an entire year of dedicated training (don't slack! :p), it is absolutely possible, and fairly realistic too
