Im 13 and i feel pressure pulsing whatever on the left side of my head!!?

okay, i feel this like pulsing on the left side of my head it happens but goes away. it only pulses for a few seconds and goes away. but it hurts though. its not like extreme hurting. but sometimes it just shows up and hurts and pulses hard kinda. but goes away/ im scared!!!!

It could be just a really bad long lasting migraine, I get that pain and feeling all of the time when I get them, but if it lasts more than a day maybe talk to a doctor.
