  1. you should do what i did. When i was 11, i had a cannon surgically inserted into my arm, then i had it modified to throw baseballs. I couldnt hit with it because i couldnt bend my arm, and i may not be able to field with it for that same reason, but i have never had to test it because, being able to 'throw' the ball at over 400mph's, Nobody has ever put the ball in play. The bats that have touched the ball all blew up, and the few times that i lost control and hit a batter, they just evaporated (that was an interesting situation in trying to award the batter first base on the hit by pitch).

that is the best way to pitch faster

  2. practice is the key.

practice with a coach or on your own on your swings.

  3. Loosen your grip

  4. "Focus on your form."  While the perception is there is some natural gift with power pitchers (what you're looking to be, as opposed to a finesse pitcher, that which you are) it's truly all about the mechanics.  Better pitchers have better form.  More importantly, better pitchers UNDERSTAND the components of the form so they can make adjustments for accuracy and speed. A good video analysis or some time with a pitching instructor would probably add 3-5 mph to your pitches almost overnight (as soon as you are able to  make the suggested adjustments in the form.)

The other thing is pitching is work.  It takes a lot of FOCUSED work off the field to better your craft.  My son is 9 and is a power pitcher - an assasin on the mound, by any measure.  He starts work mid December on a regular schedule for games that start in April.  He works on an adjusted schedule during the spring and fall seasons and tournaments (60-65 games), but continues to work until the last game octoberish.   (Pitching takes a lot of work, but it is not a year round activity.  Care must be taken to allow your arm to recover, during and between seasons.)

Lastly, focus on what you're good at (accuracy) and work at some other areas of focus, using some of the suggestions above maybe, letting speed come along over time as you make adjustments to your form.  You could throw a hundred mph and if you can't throw a strike, you can't pitch.  You got the hardest part licked.

In the mean time "stay down in the zone", "if you miss, miss low", and "paint the corners" and you'll do just fine.
