Im 13 and i ran 100m sprint in 13.6 secs, is this is a good time and how can i " speed up"?

Weight:8.06 stone

Height: between 5.4 and 5.6ft (had no tape measure)

  1. Put 5 lb ankle weights on and practice running with them so that when you run without them you will run faster


  2. it depends if you're a guy or a girl. for a girl thats really good and for a guy thats decent.  to improve just practice. run 400s....they help with endurance as well as speed

  3. yes, that's pretty good for a 13 year old.

    do lots of upper leg workouts.

    and stretch reallly good before you run.
