Im 13 and id rather be dead than have the body like i do. HELP!?

i have stretch marks on my legs, hips, butt,b***s, and more:(

also i have big huge b***s, huge legs, and everything else

im 5'6 and weigh 156 lbs.

how can i lose 20 lbs.

and feel healthy about my body

and feel better about my stretch marks

i would feeel a millions times better if i didnt have the stretch marks.

I WANT TO GET HEALTHY AND STAY HEALTHY!

please help!

  1. First, go to the library or online and read up on nutrition. NOT a diet book, a book on eating healthy. Teach yourself how to eat right and ask your mom to buy healthy foods and snacks for you. Tell her what your goal is. She will support you. Start reading food labels and pay special attention to portioning. Drink more lowfat milk and water, less soda and sweetened fruit drinks. For your stretch marks, there are products on the market (Mederma, I think)  but I can't tell you how effective they really are. They are probably also expensive. I've always sworn by cocoa butter. I used in on my tummy when I was pregnant and I've had three big babies with no stretch marks. And I am small. Using it might help prevent more stretch marks from appearing, and maybe prevent the ones you already have from getting larger. Just so you'll know, I was pretty chubby at your age and I understand how you feel. When I got into high school I slimmed out. And I have a daughter your age is is 5'8" and 220 lbs. I know how hard it is for her to change her diet. And I watch her struggle with her self image. I'm 100% behind you. You can do it!

    Water Water Water Water Water Water Water Water Water Water Water  and that will help speed ur metabolism, and also just do a quick 15 minute walk outside before you sleep

    Changing our lifestyle is very hard, but just switching things out can be easy.  Drink alot of water, and walk alot.  Cut out sugars and you'll start to lose weight.  Don't run or anything else, as running builds muscle which weighs more than fat.  So ALWAYS walk.  Walking is the key to everything

  4. First of all- do not panic. Stress leads to overeating, so you really need to make sure you're not stressed. The first thing to do is to accept your weight and your body. Calmly. Then you go from there. Ok, what do I need to do about it? The first thing I would recommend is to jog every morning BeFoRe breakfast for 30 minutes, but again, don't stress yourself and jog slowly. The second thing. A glass of water with a little bit of lemon every morning before you jog!! Every morning!!

    And of course food. Obviously cut down on those chips, hamburgers, bread and candy. Then, the not so obvious)) Some people may argue here, but cut down on grains, even whole grains, try to stay away from cereal with milk too. The best thing to eat when trying to lose weight is vegetables and lean meat, fish, sea food, berries and fruit. Cheese is actually a good snack, by the way.  

    try not to eat after 7pm. If you have to, though eat something light)

       it is very important, since you're growing to get enough vitamins, minerals and calcium. So take vitamins every day. And don't you dare starve yourself or do anything stupid. It will slow down your metabolism so much, it will be almost impossible to lose weight. You need to eat to keep your metabolism running, and another thing- eat slowly. Enjoy your food.

       You will not get skinny in a day or even a week, but if you stick to this program you will see amazing results. I give you 100000%.
